We will arrange a free pick up of the order. Please make sure that the original product tag and packing is intact when you send us the product back. Contact our Customer Experience Team via WhatsApp tab on the home page they will be happy to help you with regards to any support that you need.
If you need to make a change to a confirmed order or if you want to cancel the order you can do so via the account tab or please contact our customer care team within 24 hours from receipt of your order confirmation email through WhatsApp.
